RCHS partners with two wonderful groups to provide low-cost spay and neuter options to owned animals and their people in our community. Shelter from the Storm rescue operates SPAY ME! Spay/Neuter Clinic in Madison, WI. They provide extremely low-cost spay/neuter and additional medical/health services for owners who have a financial need. If you need assistance in transporting your pet(s) to Spay Me! in Madison, RCHS also partners with another group called Community Cats to provide transport service between our shelter and the clinic.
