Thanks to Mike Austin of WJVL for manning the drive through at Dairy Queen for a mini-fundraiser benefitting the animals at RCHS!  Dairy Queen donated a portion of all of the proceeds from their grill orders and Mike donated his tips!

Low-Cost Spay/Neuter

Spay/Neuter Assistance Partners in Rock County

RCHS partners with a wonderful organization to provide low-cost spay and neuter options to owned animals and their people in our community.  Shelter from the Storm rescue operates SPAY ME! Spay/Neuter Clinic in Sun Prairie, WI.  They provide extremely low-cost spay/neuter and additional medical/health services for owners who have a financial need.  No documentation of income level is required - simply call them to see how they can help you and your pets!  The number is (608) 834-2700 or madisonlowcostclinic@yahoo.com. You can also visit the Spay Me! web site for more information.

If you need assistance in transporting your pet(s) to the clinic in Sun Prairie, Spay Me! provides transport service between our shelter and their clinic.  Pick up is on Sunday evenings and drop off is Monday evenings.  Please contact (608) 658-5254 or email them for details. You can also fill out an online appointment request.

Dog Spay $100: Includes Rabies & distemper vaccines, transport, & overnight stay.
Dog Neuter $85.00: Includes Rabies & Distemper vaccines, transport, & overnight stay.
Indoor Cat $55.00: Includes Rabies & Distemper vaccines, transport, & overnight stay.
Outdoor Cat $45.00: Includes Rabies, Eartip, Flea treatment, transport & overnight stay.

Additional Services Available: Microchipping, Heartworm Testing, Bordatella Vaccination, FeLV & FIV Testing, E-Collars, & additional pain medication.
