Mya
 My husband and I adopted Mya (6 month old lab mix) from you the beginning of July. So far things are going well. She seems to have adjusted well, is house trained and always wants to be around us. She still will sometimes whine when we are not here or when she is in her crate, but she will no longer eliminate in her crate when we put her in it.
We did change her name to Whistler and she is learning it well. We have not started any training classes yet but will be soon and are doing some small training here at home. She is already learning sit, lay down, stay and come. We have included some pictures of her as well. She is already getting big and we look forward to seeing just how big she is going to get.
We have even introduced her to my brother-in-law’s lab mix, Merlot. Whistler was a little frightened at first but soon they were wrestling and playing.
Thank you so much for giving us a chance to get to know Whistler and for her to get to know us. We absolutely love her and are happy to have her as part of the family.
