RCHS Mission Statement
The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (a Five-Point Plan)
- 1) Provide shelter and care for homeless animals.
- 2) Find new homes for those animals in need of re-homing.
- 3) Educate the public on responsible pet ownership.
- 4) Lower the number of unwanted animals in the community.
- 5) Respond to, and assist with, investigation of cruelty and neglected animals.
