Cat Laws and Ordinances

Unowned and un-vaccinated/un-neutered cats pose disease risks to residents and pets and contribute to cat overpopulation. People concerned about feral (wild) cats in their neighborhood may rent a "live" trap from Rock County Humane Society. Keep in mind that removing cats from an environment only causes more cats to move in...the only long-term solution is to spay/neuter free roaming cats and return them to their environment and their population will remain stable.
