Rock County Humane Society's Board of Directors is responsible for the oversight of the shelter. The Board is comprised of community members who volunteer their time and are committed to the the shelter's mission.
Board members are chosen by appointment from the current Board and its selection committee.
The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
