Anthony has been a faithful fan of Pet Parade and was very interested when the program asked for foster homes. After Anthony’s wife passed away, he was lonely. Helping the Humane Society and having a companion seemed like a very good idea. Anthony filled out the necessary forms and had a home visit done to answer questions about our program. We thought
Norway
might
be a match, so he accompanied us on the home visit.
Norway
had been adopted previously but had to be returned to the shelter as the family’s other cats were picking on him.
Norway
decided he was there to stay the minute he was let out of the crate in Anthony’s living room. You guessed it! Anthony decided he and
Norway
got along so well that he adopted him after only a few weeks in the foster program. Anthony is not so lonely anymore and
Norway
is pretty happy to be a pampered “only cat.” We thank Anthony for helping
Norway
and wish them many happy years together.
